I kind of forgotten that I have this blog for Brandon until Eugene called me one day and ask for the address because his friend in US would like to see Brandon's photos. I don't even remember the address. I have to search for it. haha. I finally found it.
Alot of things have been happening since March, wow, it's been like half a year since I wrote something. Lucky I dont have any follower. Just a journal to keep the memories. Well, alot of things have been happening. I have changed job. Much nearer to my house now. Its for the better, nearer to my house, I dont have to rush off to work. I have the flexibility in the job. Oh, well, this blog is not about me. Its about my Brandon.
Brandon was hospitalised in June 2008. House was having big, I mean, 'BIG' renovation (it has been going on for about a year now, so you can imagine how 'BIG' it is). So, plus the bad weather in Malaysia, and the dust, the cousin sister started with flu, then and Brandon cuaght it from her and has fever, cough. It will go, then come back, and go and back. for about 1 week. Finally, one Sunday, he was having diarrhea. Eat and out. Fever came back and go. So had to rush him to SJMC in the evening, cause it was too high. 39.9 celcius. Doc checks and inserted the medicine through his back to bring the fever down - faster. It came down and at 11 ish at nite, he woke up, having high fever again. So pack and rush him to SJMC again...this time, doctor X-rayed him and he was diagnosed with mild bronchitis. Doctor at the emergency dont like his condition, ask to admit. Poor guy has to be on drips and both hands are tied up to stop him from pulling the drips off and hurt himself. Too afraid to sleep on the hospital bed, so as a mother, I carried him whole nite until he is in deep sleep then put him down slowly. He wakes up crying everytime. Doctor Khoo, his new Padeatrician, oh Dr Foo passed away from stomach cancer. So sad. But Doctor Khoo Phaik Choo is the female version of Dr. Foo. So we are very happy and Brandon liked her too.
Dr. Khoo, stop him from his milk, in case the viral infections is from the milk powder. So we have to take the milk away from him for 3 days. He asked for his milk, calling out 'nian nian', and we will distract him. Eugene brought the laptop over so we could play his favourite Barney and keep him occupied. He doesnt like staying in the room, so we have to take him out for walks as well. He stayed 3 days 2 nite. Went home, lost some weight but very soon he was feeling better. Thank God for the fast healing.
This one is about Brandon's hospitalisation. Anyhow, of the scariest days of his life he went through with God with him, he is well and happy now.
